We're seeking a skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and program management experience to drive the execution of complex projects in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for banking and financial services.

You will own end-to-end program execution, including customer-facing AI solution implementations across multiple products and phases. Your strong understanding of engineering processes and ability to engage deeply with Product Managers and Engineers on technical challenges will be valuable assets in this role.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will also be responsible for stakeholder management, risk management, change management, and scope management best practices to keep programs predictable and successful.

Your experience working with offshore and global teams in distributed setups will be essential in driving technical projects through architecture reviews, sprint planning, milestone tracking, and post-launch retrospectives.

We're looking for someone with a strong technical background, 7–10 years of program management experience, and proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of at least 3 complex, multi-phase projects. Familiarity with AI and enterprise platforms, as well as experience in the banking/fintech domain, are highly desired.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage executives, customers, and engineers effectively. You should also be analytical, detail-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with AI and enterprise platforms; experience in the banking/fintech domain preferred.
  • Strong understanding of engineering processes (Agile, DevOps, SDLC) and ability to engage deeply with Product Managers and Engineers on technical challenges.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.).
  • Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience defining and tracking program KPIs and metrics.
