  • Deliver expert advice on accounting standards (Ind AS/AS), auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure seamless compliance with direct and indirect tax requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax filings).
  • Liaise with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored accounting, audit, and compliance solutions.
  • Maintain books of accounts in Tally/ERP/Cloud-based systems.
  • Support clients in strengthening internal controls and governance frameworks.
  • Prepare periodic MIS, financial statements, and management reports.
  • Conduct process reviews, identify control gaps, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members.
  • Demonstrate ownership of tasks and contribute to overall client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with seniors/partners in delivering assignments.
