Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned AI/ML engineer to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop efficient machine learning models and end-to-end solutions for various business applications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of AI/ML projects and drive innovation in the field.
  • Implement data science processes, including data preprocessing, deployment, and model optimization.
  • Work proficiently with SQL and NoSQL databases to manage large datasets effectively.
  • Develop RESTful APIs using Python web frameworks to integrate AI/ML capabilities with existing systems.
  • Diagnose issues and optimize existing code for performance improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in AI/ML, NLP, and Computer Vision to drive continuous improvement.

Technical Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python programming and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Strong expertise in NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, SpaCy, NLTK, and HuggingFace Transformers.
  • Deep understanding of ML/DL algorithms, with advanced techniques in NLP and/or Computer Vision.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Hands-on expertise in text representation, semantic extraction, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI.

  • Logical reasoning and hands-on approach to debugging and optimization.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
