Business Analyst - AI/ML Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving business growth and innovation by leveraging AI/ML technologies.

This key opportunity is designed for individuals with a passion for business analysis and a strong understanding of AI concepts. As an AI/ML Business Analyst, you will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and AI technical teams.

This role is critical in identifying AI opportunities, translating business needs into AI solutions, and ensuring that AI initiatives deliver measurable business value.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ai Opportunity Identification:
    • Discover and prioritize AI/ML use cases that align with business goals.
    • Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to uncover pain points and automation opportunities.
  • Requirements Gathering & Translation:
    • Convert business requirements into technical specifications for AI/ML teams.
    • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment.
  • Business Case Development:
    • Build ROI models, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for AI initiatives.
    • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Define KPIs and success metrics for AI projects.
    • Track and report on project outcomes and business impact.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  • Ai Governance & Ethics:
    • Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical standards, data privacy laws, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. MBA or Master's preferred.
  • 3-6 years of experience in business analysis, with 1-2 years in AI/ML projects.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, computer vision, generative AI).
  • Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Understanding of AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI).
  • Business Acumen:
  • Strong grasp of business strategy, operations, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Project management capabilities (Agile, PMP, or CBAP certification is a plus)
