Job Title: AI Technology Specialist

This role is pivotal in driving the strategic implementation and governance of AI tools.

  • Configure data privacy controls to prevent sensitive data exposure during AI model training.
  • Provide comprehensive audit logs, compliance reports, and monitoring for OpenAI usage.
  • Implement robust security features and moderation tools to ensure the reliability and trustworthiness of AI applications.
  • Track and analyze model performance metrics.
  • Optimize prompt engineering and evaluate cost-performance trade-offs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API calls and integration failures.
  • Maintain an internal admin guide with setup/configuration steps and governance rules.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge bases and wikis for developers and end users.
  • Deliver training sessions to expand IT staff expertise in managing OpenAI tools.
  • Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for OpenAI-related incidents.

Key Deliverables

  • Oversee AI tool governance and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Resolve issues related to the Default Project space.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of AI environments and their data.
  • Enable AI tool functionalities for third-party applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in configuring and managing AI tool environments securely.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
