Job Title: AI Software Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled AI Software Development Specialist to design and implement reliable, self-improving systems that empower subject matter experts to automate their most complex tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop software applications that leverage the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and other recent advancements in foundation models.
  • Create and optimize data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for high-performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Design robust frameworks to evaluate the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in either AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.
  • Experience with modern Python microservices, FastAPI, Ray.IO, Kubernetes orchestration, gRPC inter-service communication, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub event streaming.
  • Familiarity with core technologies: Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, Docker/Kubernetes/Helm.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
