Job Title: Configure Price Quote Solution Specialist

Job Description:

As a CPQ Business Analyst, you will be part of a global cross-functional team implementing and optimizing Configure Price Quote (CPQ) solutions. You will collaborate with Sales Contracts Order Management Finance and IT teams to streamline Quote-to-Cash processes and ensure our systems meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Sales Contracts Order Management and Finance to understand current and future processes.
  • Collaborate with IT Architects to design scalable CPQ solutions.
  • Document Quote-to-Cash workflows and system architecture.
  • Configure and manage CPQ components product pricing rules approvals templates digital signatures workflows UI changes.
  • Coordinate IT and UAT testing efforts.
  • Maintain system documentation and operating instructions.
  • Ensure solutions align with business requirements and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10+ years in systems analysis and implementation ERP CRM Quote-to-Cash.
  • 5+ years working with Sales teams on CRM CPQ projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Apttus CPQ Product Pricing Approvals.
  • Advanced Salesforce administration Profiles Workflows Process Builder.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development APEX Visualforce Lightning.
  • Salesforce and CPQ certifications are a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication documentation and organizational skills.
