
Healthcare Revenue Cycle Leader

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead territory-based engagements with healthcare organizations, focusing on AI-powered Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions.
This role is aligned with US timings and requires working night shifts.
A Day in the Life of a Sales Professional- Develop and execute a targeted account plan for assigned territories, focusing on Health Systems, ACOs, CINs, as well as specialty healthcare provider organizations.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Identify and engage new prospects through research, outreach campaigns, warm introductions, and cold calling.
- Articulate the value of our AI RCM platform – its impact on revenue capture, denials reduction, and operational efficiency – to executive-level stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts; report on pipeline health, deal progress, and key metrics at weekly and monthly sales reviews.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, implementation teams, and customer success to ensure seamless demos, proof-of-concepts, and smooth handoffs post-sale.
