Job Title: AWS Cloud Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled technical professional with hands-on experience in supporting cloud-hosted applications, particularly on AWS.
About the Role:
- Provide support for applications hosted on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Monitor application health using observability tools; respond to alerts and anomalies.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Maintain and update monitoring dashboards and alerting rules.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks, deployments, and configuration updates.
- Document support procedures, incident resolutions, and system changes.
- Participate in on-call rotations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in application support or production support roles.
- Strong experience with AWS services.
- Proficient in monitoring tools for dashboard creation.
- Basic knowledge of Linux commands.
- Good understanding of logs debugging.
- Familiarity with other tools is a plus.
- Good understanding of incident management and ITIL processes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
