Senior Manager Analytics

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Manager Analytics to join our team. As a Senior Manager Analytics, you will be responsible for leading and managing high-priority projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand specific requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Analyze and improve the performance of existing models by optimizing algorithms and using advanced techniques.
  • Conduct research on the latest trends in analytics and incorporate new findings into the development process.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for AI models, processes, and results.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning.
  • Experience in production projects only, with no capstone or internet-based projects.
  • Proficient in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and NLP tools like Huggingface and SpaCy.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud (AWS/Azure), MLOps, API development (FastAPI), and deployment using Docker/Kubernetes.
