Key Role in Retail Operations

The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our stores. This includes managing stock levels, maintaining a tidy and organized stock room, and supporting department managers to run floor operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management: Ensure replenishment of top ranking articles, control stock organization in the stock room, and maintain basic standards of stock room.
  • Stock Transfer: Control transfer between stores, ensure timely delivery, and provide feedback on transfer lists.
  • Floor Operations: Support department managers to run floor operations smoothly, ensuring all processes are followed.
  • Inventory Management: Plan for inventory preparation with managers, check spacing and tidiness of stock room, and allocate manpower for inventory process.
  • Productivity Management: Support SM in managing productivity of the store.

Requirements:

  • Strong product knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
