Customer Service and Administrative Support Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and transfer calls to the appropriate person or department as needed
  • Manage internal and external calls, providing updates as required
  • Maintain daily administrative tasks, including canteen, housekeeping, and security operations
  • Prepare data related to HR and admin, such as overtime details and canteen information
  • Perform other HR and admin-related tasks as needed
  • Document scanning, printing, and filing
  • Arrange appointments, activities, and schedules
  • Maintain front office supplies and inventory
  • Guest management
  • Visitor management: welcome guests, arrange tea/coffee and water, set up arrangements with confirmation, and arrange lunch for visitors
  • Pantry management: maintain stock of tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, crockery items, and chocolate
  • Courier management: maintain courier entries, distribute couriers, check monthly invoices, and provide courier details
  • Library management: maintain library registers, issue books, send reminders, and motivate employees to read

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in admin, receptionist, or similar roles
  • Proficient in English communication (speaking and writing)
