About the Role

This position involves developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement through influencer partnerships.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with influencers, managing YouTube campaigns, maintaining public relations, and supporting sales initiatives.

  • Identify and engage with suitable influencers (paid, barter) to close agreements once commercials are approved.
  • Create engaging content drafts and review influencer video drafts for quality and relevance.
  • Coordinate product dispatch with internal teams and influencers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare regular reports as per requirement to track campaign performance.
  • Contribute to creative ideas on ad snippet creation.
  • Work closely with the Finance team for advance payments and final payments to facilitate smooth transactions.
Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Marketing:

  • Scout and partner with influencers who align with our brand values.

Content Creation:

  • Develop high-quality content drafts tailored to each influencer's niche.
  • Review and provide feedback on influencer video drafts to ensure alignment with brand objectives.

Product Dispatch:

  • Coordinate product delivery with internal teams and influencers to meet deadlines.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate regular reports to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing and social media marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Experience in the FMCG or beauty industry is advantageous.
