Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a dynamic and industry-savvy faculty member to join our Mass Communication program.
Key Responsibilities:- Curriculum Development & Delivery
- Deliver lectures, workshops, and lab sessions on social media marketing.
- Teach utilization of ad tools such as Google Ads/AdSense, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Guide students on the end-to-end process of paid ad campaigns: strategy, targeting, budgeting, creative asset planning, monitoring, and analytics.
- Develop students' ability to plan and execute integrated campaigns, coordinating across print, digital, and social teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or Digital Media.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional/teaching experience in digital/social media marketing, advertising, or integrated campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of media planning, campaign integration, and cross-platform strategy.
- Proficiency in digital ad platforms and analytics dashboards.
- Ability to mentor students in strategic cross-media thinking.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Creative and analytical mindset.
- Collaborative approach to work with faculty across media, design, and journalism.
