Job Title: Software Solutions Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced software solutions architect to join our technology team.

The successful candidate will design and develop intuitive front-end applications and distributed backend microservices. They will contribute to the technical architecture of the product, researching and evaluating new technical solutions while coordinating between interdisciplinary teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable software solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Pages, and Power Automate flows.

Extend and customize SharePoint Online by building integrated solutions, forms, and workflows.

Architect and manage data models in SharePoint Lists and Dataverse, ensuring scalability, security, and governance.

Build, optimize, and maintain automated workflows integrating Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) and third-party systems.

Analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance existing software solutions for performance and scalability.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

3–5 years of proven experience in software development and architecture.

Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online development and integration with Power Platform.

Hands-on experience with Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, and external data integration.

Proficiency in Power FX, JavaScript, JSON, and Power Automate expressions.

Understanding of data governance, security roles, and scalable architecture.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize performance and user experience.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
