Job Title: Senior Hospitality Manager

About this Role:

  • This is a key leadership position that oversees the delivery of exceptional food and beverage services to clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with experience in leading teams and driving business growth. They will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the operation meet high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Operations Management: Oversee the production and presentation of food items to ensure they meet client and company expectations.
  • Business Growth and Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to drive organic growth, increase sales, and improve site profitability.
  • Cash and Debtors Management: Ensure accurate control and deposition of cash, maintain all cash control documents, and ensure timely invoicing to clients.
  • People Management and Training: Lead and manage on-site teams, including cooks, MPWs, stewards, cashiers, and stores assistants. Implement HR processes and staff welfare activities.
  • Communication and Client Retention: Foster close relationships with clients to address issues, develop new business opportunities, and ensure 100% client retention.
  • Wastage Control and Cost Management: Minimize wastage, recycle excess ingredients, and maintain accurate records of daily leftovers.
  • Legal Compliances: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adherence to legal requirements and maintain compliance records.
  • Systems Implementation and Process Management: Ensure implementation and adherence to company policies and work processes.
  • Procurement and Inventory Management: Monitor and manage daily raw material indents.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Required Qualifications: IHM pass out with 10 years of work experience.
  • Desirable Skills: Strong business acumen, commitment to quality, sound financial and budgeting skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
