Job Overview:

The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining hygiene standards, managing vendor staff, and providing exceptional customer experiences for corporate clients and users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily operations and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Serving as a single point of contact between client administration and food vendors.
  • Monitoring food preparation, service timelines, portion control, and presentation.
  • Maintenance of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols at all times.
  • Handling user escalations, feedback, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Log maintenance, daily sales reporting, and POS data reconciliation with backend systems.
  • Conducting regular audits and sharing site performance updates with the central team.
  • Vendor staff attendance and discipline management.
  • Coordination with the tech team for app issues, device support, and updates.
  • Support for events, menu changes, and promotions on-site.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in cafeteria, hospitality, or food service operations.
  • Graduate degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with POS machines and basic tech apps.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts if required.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene norms.
