Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of a Quantity Surveyor include:

1. Conducting cost estimates and feasibility analyses to determine project viability
2. Developing detailed budgets and monitoring expenses to ensure cost efficiency
3. Procuring materials and services and managing contracts to prevent delays and cost overruns

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

1. A B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
2. Min. 3+ yrs. of experience in Pilots, Building, and Commercial Projects
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Requirements
