Job Description

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to accurately estimate the cost of construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.

Qualifications

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Mechanical or Chemical only need to apply.
- Proven experience as a Cost Estimator in the construction industry, with a strong track record of accurately estimating project costs.
- Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools, such as CostWorks, Sage Estimating, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
