Heavy Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Vehicle Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues in heavy vehicles, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Perform routine servicing and maintenance as per manufacturer standards, ensuring optimal vehicle performance and safety.
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, applying problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and servicing, providing valuable insights for future improvements.

Requirements:

  • Trade certificate in automotive and mechanical engineering.
  • Proven experience working with heavy vehicles, including trucks, buses, and construction equipment.
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience using computerized diagnostic tools and software, such as scanners and code readers.
