Job Description

Compliancely is seeking a skilled marketing professional to lead and expand its inbound marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting revenue growth in the U.S. B2B market.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS companies, with a focus on the U.S. market. Familiarity with vendor verification, compliance, and onboarding processes is highly desirable.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive inbound marketing strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads through content marketing, SEO, email campaigns, and social media.
    • Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and informative content that addresses the needs of our target audience, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.
    • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the Compliancely website.
    • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and tracking performance metrics.
    • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, informing marketing strategies and positioning.
    • Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 5–8 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS companies, with a focus on the U.S. market.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with vendor verification, compliance, and onboarding processes is highly desirable.
  • Skill Set:
    • Proven track record in developing and executing successful inbound marketing campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
    • Excellent analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance.
    • Exceptional communication and project management abilities.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
