Key Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers by assigning tasks, ensuring efficient completion, and driving low-latency system performance.
  • Develop and maintain complex trading applications using C++ and C# programming languages.
  • Integrate multiple third-party APIs (e.g., market data feeds, FIX protocol, broker APIs) with internal systems for enhanced functionality.
  • Ongoing optimization and refactoring of codebases for seamless execution, guaranteeing platform stability and reliability.
  • Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design back-testing frameworks and historical data analysis tools for strategy research and development.
  • Maintain adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in team handling and management.
  • Proficiency in C++, C#, and relevant programming languages.
  • Expertise in third-party API integration, including market data feeds and FIX protocol.
  • Detailed knowledge of low-latency system design principles.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools for efficient quality control.
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues promptly.
  • Understanding of security and compliance requirements in the fintech industry.

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a related field, preferably in trading or financial technology.
