Senior Accounts Analyst

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage day-to-day accounts payable operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with user teams to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments
- Processing vendor and freelancer invoices and ensuring accurate payment
- Tracking project-related billable invoices and supporting client invoicing
- Managing credit card expenses and month-end general ledger reconciliations
- Preparing accounts payable reports and supporting audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Proficient in Oracle Fusion and Concur
- Strong knowledge of AP processes and advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail and time-sensitive task management
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Qualifications:
- Accounting or finance background with 3+ years of experience
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software and systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Work Environment:
This is a remote-first organization with an accelerate from anywhere culture. The selected candidate will be based in Mumbai and required to travel to the office few times a week for business requirements, meetings, or company/team events as needed.
