We are looking for a skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our main issuance and processing system.
This system is responsible for card issuance and management user experience. Our services are built using Java as well as the Spring Boot framework, including event-driven architecture understanding using Kafka streams.
The backend team will be working on various payments-related products and this position will be a hands-on role in producing high-quality code and benefiting from each other's experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Java.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend developers, and QA teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability.
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to design efficient schemas and manage data flow.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive financial data.
