Senior Quality Assurance Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Leader to oversee our web domain project. In this role, you will lead quality assurance efforts, developing test strategies and plans to ensure overall project quality.

  • Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes that meet industry standards.
  • Manage a QA team, providing mentoring and guidance to ensure team members have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Test high-traffic client sites for performance and functionality issues.
  • Design automated test frameworks and scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee API and performance testing to ensure seamless integration.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8-10 years experience in software QA testing with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent analytical skills, manual Web application testing expertise.
  • Proficiency in automated testing using Selenium or Mabl.
  • Knowledge of Web and Mobile projects.
