Civil Construction Estimator

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Civil Construction Estimator. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Your primary responsibility will be to study project scope and validate technical specifications from the design team. You will also be responsible for optimizing specifications without deviating from client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate BOQs and backup workings, presenting them to management for approval.
  • Check RA bills and final bills, prepare amendments, and validate budget cost analysis.
  • Submit different budget options considering alternative solutions to actual design.
  • Explore new products and propose optimization options in budgets.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detailed understanding of systems and construction processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in relevant software, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
