About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled communications professional to develop and implement internal and external communications programs that align with our strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead internal and external communications initiatives in line with business goals and regional strategy
  • Create thought leadership campaigns for senior executives
  • Cultivate partnerships with external stakeholders to maximize opportunities and leverage stories across the region
  • Contribute to building company culture and brand through effective communications and engagement programs
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure consistent communications across the organization
  • Design, implement, and measure communications to support key business priorities and five-year plans
  • Identify, develop, and produce content and campaigns around key message pillars including innovation, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in communications with a proven track record in leading and developing communication strategies
  • Experience working within a global, matrixed organization with expertise in developing communication strategies to address complex business challenges
  • Knowledge of best practices in communications including change management, social media, and external communications
  • Agribusiness market experience and business acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
