
Project Management Officer

- Project Management involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of technology transfer, internalization, NPI, and process life cycle management projects.
- A key responsibility is to define timelines, mapping activities for each project, ensuring that cross-functional teams are aligned and that projects are delivered on schedule.
- Another crucial aspect is defining a structured team with clear roles, lines of communication, and appropriate levels of authority.
- The role also involves establishing an assessment system to verify, track, and report on activities, and proactively identifying project opportunities and risks.
- Additionally, this position is responsible for managing cross-functional project timelines, following up with project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks, and creating and distributing control reports, forms, logs, agendas, meeting minutes, and other documents necessary for effective project management.
- Effective communication is critical in this role, requiring interface between external and internal stakeholders of the projects.
- Another key responsibility is reviewing the project schedule and cost estimate to ensure they cover the project scope.
- This role involves coordinating with various teams including PPC, Quality Assurance, TechOps, and Purchase teams for project requirements, documentation, and review of new project timelines and procurement related activities.
- External coordination with I & D and SCM teams is also essential for launch of new products, modification in existing products, and demand planning.
- It is also responsible for closure of all critical issues by organizing necessary interactions between relevant teams, concluding, and minuting alignment & action points.
- Defining and designing strategic initiatives and driving those projects to on-time completion is another critical aspect of this role.
- Establishing governance mechanisms for time-sensitive projects and ensuring regular action-oriented meetings are conducted is also a key responsibility.
- Drive Steering committee & Management reviews data.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
