IT Services Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned IT services sourcing professional to lead end-to-end procurement activities, including RFX events, rate card management, and supplier negotiations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To source IT Professional Services from top-tier providers, ensuring alignment with procurement strategies and compliance policies.
  • To develop and implement strategic sourcing plans, driving cost savings and improving service quality.
  • To build strong relationships with global IT services suppliers and internal stakeholders, fostering collaborative partnerships.
  • To analyze supplier operations, contracts, and pricing models to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
  • To ensure accurate documentation of procurement activities and deliver periodic reports.
  • To independently resolve complex sourcing and contractual issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of relevant sourcing experience in technology or IT services, preferably with a large multinational company.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Global certification like CCWP, CPSM, MCIPS, CSCP.
  • Advance knowledge of working with tools like Beeline, Fieldglass, or other third-party resource management platforms.
  • Proficient with Power BI, advanced Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Proficient with AI-powered tools for complex tasks and quantitative analysis.
