Job Summary

As a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure access solutions to protect our organization's digital assets.

Our ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of IAM technologies, including ISAM modules, LDAP operations, and SSO solutions. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead outage calls and create technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement IAM solutions using ISAM modules, federation, and other technologies.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for IAM administration and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business applications with IAM systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to IAM, LDAP, and SSO.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IAM security.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including ISAM modules, federation, and SAML.
  • Experience with LDAP operations, ISAM administration, and SSO solutions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead outage calls and create technical documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with migration of applications to ISAM federation model.
  • Knowledge of Tivoli Directory Server (TDS), External Authentication Interface (EAI), PD Admin, Python, Federation module, Distributed session cache & Web Services.
  • Experience in Architecture & Design aspects of IAM.
  • Migration and Implementation experience in ISAM.
