Job Title: DevSecOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage secure software development practices across cloud environments.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Define, implement, and monitor access control policies and security best practices for cloud resources.
  • Support security and compliance requirements by leveraging cloud security posture management tools like Wiz and Remote PC.
  • Collaborate with system administrators and security teams to enforce robust security posture in cloud environments.
  • Monitor, analyze, and remediate vulnerabilities within cloud environments, maintaining a high level of security maturity.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of secure software development practices into the organization.
  • Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in secure software development, cloud engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with AWS and Azure cloud platforms, including migration and deployment strategies.
  • Proven experience with Terraform and IaC practices, emphasizing infrastructure as code and automation.
  • Solid understanding of cloud security best practices and security controls, including threat modeling and vulnerability assessment.
  • Experience managing systems and security in hybrid cloud environments, ensuring seamless interactions between on-premises and cloud-based systems.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM guardrails with practical experience in implementation, including RBAC and ABAC models.
  • Familiarity with Wiz (cloud security posture management) and other relevant cloud security tools.
  • Experience working with Remote PC setups in enterprise environments, ensuring efficient remote access and collaboration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with a focus on driving business outcomes through technology.
