Director of Philanthropy

Wellbeing should be at the very heart of our life journey. We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to lead our fundraising efforts.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of promoting wellbeing for communities and the planet. As the Head of Fundraising, you'll be responsible for implementing a comprehensive annual fundraising plan and establishing relationships with key stakeholders to secure revenue for our philanthropic efforts.

You'll work closely with our team to build a pipeline of support from individuals, foundations, corporates, and other funding sources. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfort with ambiguity.

• Develop a strategic roadmap for our fundraising efforts with clear short-, medium-, and long-term objectives
• Build a diverse portfolio approach to fund raising and execute multiple aspects of the plan engaging high net worth individuals, corporations, foundations, and other pertinent entities
• Establish effective partnerships with key stakeholders to secure revenue and drive meaningful change

We're looking for a leader who has:

• A Master's degree in business, social sciences, or another related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and comfort with the ambiguity of the fundraising universe
• Strong project management skills, interpersonal skills, and an executive presence with the ability to quickly establish personal credibility and demonstrate expertise
• Highly developed cultural awareness and ability to work well in an international environment with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and time-zones
