Job Description

We are seeking a skilled security professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our physical security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing policies and procedures, collaborating with crisis management teams, and ensuring the integrity of our security systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting day-to-day physical security operations and assisting in implementing Security and Emergency Response Team policies and procedures across the facility.
  • Collaborating with crisis management and business continuity teams to develop emergency response plans and procedures.
  • Ensuring proper identification and authorization procedures are followed for front desk security operations.
  • Maintaining, implementing, and monitoring security systems including Access Control, CCTV, and Visitor Management.
  • Coordinating security logistics and risk assessments for international travel.
  • Providing support and guidance to 3rd party security teams with overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact, providing essential support during incident activation and response.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • 4+ years of experience in physical security operations, crisis management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a security systems IT oriented role, including experience supporting access control, CCTV, visitor management, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills

Candidates with the following skills are highly desirable:

  • Indirect leadership experience.
  • Experience training/educating individuals on policy and procedure.
  • Knowledge of risk assessments, threat analysis, and emergency preparedness.
