System Security Expert

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact as a System Security Analyst. The role involves handling systems administration and digital capabilities of various HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain user access within Oracle HCM system and related security process documentation.
  • Build custom roles supporting HCM application and HR business processes.
  • Monitor, resolve, and respond to access questions and requests pertaining to Oracle HCM system access and functionality.
  • Partner with managers and peers to support the agile execution of Oracle HCM system security configuration, upgrades, and implementations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading security management for enterprise-scale SaaS applications, including HCM application security management.
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management tools, identity governance, and user access lifecycle management, with experience working with SailPoint (IIQ) a plus.
