Job Overview

As a Research Associate Fellow, you will:

  • Lead research projects and policy analysis initiatives using data-driven insights.
  • Apply econometric and statistical methods to derive causal relationships from large datasets.
  • Work with complex administrative, elections, CSR, and survey datasets.
  • Develop impactful policy recommendations by translating evidence into clear outputs.
  • Collaborate with researchers and engage stakeholders through collaborative environments.

Qualifications

  • Master's/PhD in Economics, Econometrics, Data Science, or related quantitative disciplines.
  • Strong training in econometrics, statistics, and programming skills.
  • Experience (7+ years) in empirical research, data analysis, and publication.
