Influencer Marketing Strategist

Role Overview:

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the marketing team, you will play a vital role in shaping the narrative around our brand and products through strategic partnerships with social media influencers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and recruit relevant nano-micro content creators on Instagram and YouTube.
  2. Explain program structure, payouts, and campaign briefs via calls, WhatsApp or other communication channels.
  3. Ensure video content is delivered on time and matches campaign tone, tagging guidelines, and expectations.
  4. Log submissions, track creator performance, and maintain dashboards to monitor progress.
  5. Build and maintain long-term creator relationships for consistent participation and engagement.
  6. Manage city-specific WhatsApp Telegram channels to keep creators engaged and informed.
  7. Offer personalized campaign opportunities to creators based on their interests and expertise.
  8. Provide transparent performance feedback and recognition to loyal creators.
  9. Grant exclusive perks and early access to loyal creators who demonstrate exceptional commitment and creativity.
  10. Facilitate community building and networking among creators to foster collaboration and innovation.
  11. Provide proactive problem-solving and support to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

The ideal candidate should possess strong self-drive, a hustler mindset, and excellent execution skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with grassroots networks, college creators, artists, and regional influencers is highly desirable. Active presence on Instagram or YouTube personally or professionally is also essential. Additionally, ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines is crucial for success in this role.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing.
