Job Description

Our company is reimagining the outdated procedures at gated communities through the use of technology. We are seeking a highly skilled individual with expertise in financial modeling, accounting, and reporting software to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in supporting our business operations and contributing to our growth strategy.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:  Develop and manage financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability. Provide timely, accurate, and insightful analysis of results.
  2. Accounting and Reporting:  Handle end-to-end accounting and process viz. P2P, R2R, O2C for the respective Business Units (BU). Responsible for completion of accurate and timely monthly financial close.
  3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:  Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and initiatives. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and impeccable integrity.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, accounting, and reporting software.
  • Advanced expertise in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, etc.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Key Skills Required

Start-up experience and scaling up a start-up through Series-A, Series-B funding efforts preferred. Excellent analytical, reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills required. Outstanding communication and presentation skills essential for success in this role.

 

Detailed Requirements

Knowledge of Nodal Account, Payment Gateway Reconciliations, E-Commerce transactions etc. preferable. Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills required. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines essential.
