Job Title: Windows Associate Infrastructure Engineer">

The Enterprise Mobility team builds and maintains the underpinnings of our technology environment.

We are multiple product and platform teams passionate about continuous, high-quality delivery.

A day in the life:

  • Act as SME for Windows endpoint management capabilities.
  • Provide production support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment.
  • Serve as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement).

Key tools & applications:

  • ServiceNow
  • Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Microsoft PowerShell
  • Jira
  • Confluence

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows) experience.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Device Lifecycle Management (enrollment, updates, configuration, retirement), Troubleshooting & remote management.
