Key Responsibilities:- Develop strong relationships with customers by greeting them warmly and coaching the team to do the same.
- Display a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that all Lenskart associates prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Address customer service issues, such as queries and complaints, at the store level, maintaining consistency across the team.
- Foster long-lasting and fruitful relationships with each customer.
- Drive sales performance by allocating targets to staff and developing a culture of high sales expectations.
- Motivate and inspire the field team to achieve results.
- Evaluate field capability and establish performance priorities at the group level.
- Assist in recruiting and selecting high-potential staff.
- Provide effective on-the-job training and guidance using company training modules.
- Deliver clear, motivating, and constructive feedback in a timely manner to all retail associates.
- Evaluate training needs and work closely with the Learning Department to execute developmental plans.
- Understand reasons for attrition and implement measures to control it.
- Monitor cash reconciliation to prevent discrepancies in store funds.
- Ensure availability of required merchandise and services.
- Conduct regular stocktakes.
- Ensure store-level staff has a basic understanding of the POS System to process transactions effectively.
- Perform quality checks for new products.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Ensure all store employees, including Optometrists, receive care and have their issues resolved.
- Maintain high-quality standards during eye check-ups and adhere to SOPs.
- Implement and enforce retail SOPs among store employees.
- Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives, and important issues.
- Schedule team shifts to meet store needs.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels for smooth store operations.
- Maintain the store according to Lenskart standards, regularly cleaning frames and equipment.
- Guarantee security of all Lenskart equipment and no shortage of stock units or damage in the store.
