Job Description

The successful candidate will lead the implementation, management, and optimization of SAP solutions within a global pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This is a senior role that involves overseeing projects across multiple manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP modules relevant to manufacturing, maintenance, material and quality management.
  • Ensure system configurations align across sites, simplify processes and reduce customized developments and maximize process coverage on SAP ERP.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Lead and develop a team of SAP module experts for SAP Manufacturing.
Process Optimization
  • Analysis of existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement through SAP solutions.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Interaction with business to understand requirements.
  • Understanding of manufacturing, quality, warehouse, engineering related processes.
  • Development of functional specifications and leadership of projects with support from a delivery team.
  • Ownership and delivery of manufacturing area-related projects in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct of blueprint/design workshops for one or more processes. Leadership of a large virtual team to converge on a solution and manage stakeholders globally.
User Support & Training
  • Providing ongoing support to end-users, addressing issues and facilitating training sessions.
  • Development of training materials and documentation to enhance user proficiency.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Ensuring all SAP processes comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP).
  • Regular audits and assessments to maintain system integrity and data accuracy.
  • Experience in preparation and review of validation protocol IQ/OQ/PQ related documentation, validation master plan, SOP's and risk assessment.
  • Working knowledge of GxP and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in delivering manufacturing projects into SAP environments at a global platform.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Production Engineering or any engineering bachelor with relevant experience in a manufacturing company or consulting firm.
  • 10+ years of experience with SAP PP/SAP QM/SAP PM area.
