Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our global SAP program and platform.

  • Lead cross-functional, cross-regional teams to deliver large-scale SAP transformations.
  • Own the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA program strategy, execution, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Ensure successful implementation, testing, data migration, training, cutover, and hypercare for all program phases.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 20+ years of experience in IT or ERP leadership, with 10+ years leading large-scale SAP programs.
  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-region ERP transformations.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA core modules and integration platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, budgets, timelines, and executive stakeholders under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and executive presentation skills.
