Job Summary

A highly skilled IT system administrator is required to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and minimizing downtime. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and Office 365 administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage user account lifecycle, including AD and GPO maintenance.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows servers OS (2016/2019/2022), desktops, and enterprise applications.
  • Implement IT security policies, patch management, and data backup strategies.
  • Support networking, IPBX systems, and endpoint devices for smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with teams to enable automation, bots, and AI-driven tools for business growth.
  • E nsure high availability of IT infrastructure and document processes in line with ISO and ITIL frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, AD, GPO, and Office 365 administration.
  • Basic knowledge of server hardware, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud (Azure/AWS).
  • Working knowledge of scripting (PowerShell/Bash) for automation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security, email management, and user support.
  • Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to grow into AI and automation domains.
