As a seasoned Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and maintain product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with travel suppliers, hotels, airlines, and ground service providers, fostering collaboration and mutual understanding of business goals.
  • Negotiate terms, rates, and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable agreements that meet company standards and client requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance, address any issues related to service delivery or quality, and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the Travel Industry in a similar role, preferably with a Tourism background.
  • Proven knowledge of at least 2 destinations, including established supplier connections, to effectively manage and optimize supplier relationships.
  • Proficient language skills, with a minimum of 2 languages spoken, to facilitate communication with international suppliers and clients.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support data analysis, report preparation, and presentation.
