Senior Software Solutions Specialist

This is a full-time remote opportunity for an experienced software engineer to develop, implement and customize Zoho solutions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Zoho CRM, Books, Analytics, Creator, SalesIQ, PageSense, Desk, and Billings. They will be responsible for building custom applications using Deluge code, functions, and workflows.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing complex applications to automate business processes and improve application functionality.
- Writing scripts to integrate Zoho applications with external systems via APIs and webhooks.
- Managing the entire development life cycle from concept to production.
- Maintaining technical documentation.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience with Zoho products including CRM, Books, Analytics, and Creator.
- Proficient in software development and integration with other systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in the IT outsourcing industry is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics is valuable.
- Zoho certification is highly valued.
