**Job Title:** Mechanical Engineering Solutions Specialist

**Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineering Solutions Specialist to join our team and support the efficient operation of our Service Engineering Teams. This role requires exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve complex issues related to mechanical components of wind turbines
  • Create and maintain failed component information in Teamcenter and Windchill
  • Update management on new potential serial defects
  • Collaborate with local business units to resolve technical issues
  • Collect performance data on mechanical components
  • Evaluate risk potential and schedule necessary activities for major non-conformities
  • Develop sustainable solutions for mechanical problems
  • Define, implement, and obtain service processes for mechanical assemblies
  • Improve internal standards and processes

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Mechanical drive trains and roller bearing design, development, evaluation, and fault analysis
  • Proven project coordination or similar role experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
