Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled mechanical design engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, data management and product lifecycle management (PLM).

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a related field is required.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks and PLM tools is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously are necessary.

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating accurate item records maintaining data integrity and supporting engineering efforts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required for effective collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry into Database: Accurately create item records change orders and requests in our Engineering and management tools.
  • Data Integrity and Security: Ensure data accuracy consistency and security throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement processes to improve data efficiency and reduce integration issues.
  • Support Engineering: Collaborate with engineers to resolve data attribute and architecture-related issues.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in product design and development preferably with a focus on Data Management and PLM.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software and PLM tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
