Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Development Manager to lead the development, design and scaling of our fintech platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with at least 6-10 years of experience and 2-3 years in a leadership role. They should also have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and be proficient in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end product design, architecture, and development.
  • Drive technical decision-making for scalable, secure solutions.
  • Mentor engineers, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for roadmap applicability.
  • Oversee integrations with third-party platforms and financial systems.
  • Establish DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in modern programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms.
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and database design.
  • Fintech domain experience is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
