Job Opportunity

We are seeking a proficient Senior Software Manager to oversee the technical aspects of our operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading teams and coordinating with clients to understand business requirements.

This role involves developing work schedules, delegating tasks, and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying risks, forming contingency plans, and analyzing existing operations.

In addition, they will need to keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, utilize version control systems, and update work schedules as required.

A strong leadership and organizational ability is essential for this role, as well as excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Oversee the smooth functioning of all technical operations, including DevOps, servers, and AI development-related work.
  • Team Management: Develop work schedules, delegate tasks, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and form contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Communication: Utilize version control systems, update work schedules, and communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role (team lead).
  • Skill Set: Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills, as well as strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
