Risk Management Specialist

As a seasoned Internal Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our organization's risk management, internal controls, and governance processes.
This challenging position demands exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for conducting thorough audits, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance our overall performance.
Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and reporting on internal audits, assessing the effectiveness of internal control systems, and suggesting improvements. You will also review financial records, identify potential risks, and provide strategic insights to support informed decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Post Graduate in Finance/Commerce with a strong understanding of auditing principles and practices.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in internal audit within the Banking/NBFC sector, with proven expertise in concurrent audits, gold audits, and RBI audits.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
