Front Desk Coordinator

• Welcome and assist visitors by directing them to appropriate contacts or services while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls, answer inquiries, and redirect calls to relevant extensions as required.
• Maintain an organized and tidy reception area ensuring brochures and promotional materials are readily available.
• Coordinate daily administrative tasks, including mail distribution, scheduling appointments, and managing deliveries.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure efficient operation and communication within the facility.
• Assist in student and parent inquiries, providing accurate information regarding the schools offerings and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring availability of necessary materials at all times.
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff, students, and visitors.
